1. Refund Eligibility
Unused purchased credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Welcome and referral credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your payment confirmation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
3. Digital Content
Astro Mystic does not require a subscription. When you reveal a paid personalized reading, you request immediate delivery of digital content and the corresponding credits are consumed.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for consumed credits, personalized readings that have already been delivered, promotional credits, or cases of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service. If only part of a pack has been consumed, contact support for review.
