1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for individual reading purchases within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your reading. Refund requests must be submitted with your reading ID and reason for dissatisfaction.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your reading ID and payment confirmation. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Cosmic Pass subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to subscription benefits until the end of the paid period. No partial monthly refunds are provided.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for: credit pack purchases after credits have been used, readings where a full interpretation was delivered and viewed, or cases of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
